AGENTROSE / SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY
Built with responsibility in mind.
Trust is earned through restraint and honesty. This page describes our security philosophy, how we handle data, and how to reach us when something looks wrong.
RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE — AGENTROSE.PRO
AgentRose works on concepts for systems that act with increasing autonomy — which makes responsibility a design input, not an afterthought. Our position is simple: software that acts on a person’s behalf must be private by default, transparent in operation, supervisable at every step, and candid about its limits.
Minimisation
The contact form stores only the fields you can see — nothing is inferred, profiled, or appended behind your back. No analytics trackers are deployed on this site.
Transparency
Our Privacy Policy describes, in plain language, exactly what is collected through the site and why. If that changes, the policy changes first.
No inflated claims
We do not display certifications, audits, or guarantees we have not obtained. Security statements on this page describe our practices and intentions — nothing more.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue in anything we operate, we want to hear from you — promptly, privately, and directly.
[email protected]Subject prefix — “SECURITY:”
SCOPE
This policy covers the agentrose.pro website and any services explicitly operated by AgentRose on its official domains. Third-party platforms — including X — are governed by their own security processes.
01 / REPORTING GUIDELINES
How to report, what happens next.
- 01
Write to us
Email [email protected] with the subject line beginning "SECURITY:". Include a clear description of the issue, the affected page or behaviour, and the steps to reproduce it.
- 02
What to include
Your contact details, the date and time of discovery, technical details (URLs, requests, screenshots), and your assessment of severity and impact. Avoid automated scanning or testing that degrades the service.
- 03
Our commitment
We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days and will keep you informed as we investigate. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user data, service availability, and the scope described here.
- 04
Out of scope
This website is primarily informational. Reports about hypothetical features, social-engineering of our team, spam, or issues requiring an attacker to have an account on a third-party service are out of scope.
02 / SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
What we ask of visitors.
- Use this website and its forms lawfully and respectfully, as detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Send us only information you are comfortable sharing — please never include passwords, keys, or other secrets in messages to us.
- Verify our identity through this domain, our official email, and @agentrosepro on X before trusting claims made in our name.
