Acceptable Use
How this website may and may not be used. Most of it is common sense; we wrote it down anyway so there are no surprises.
EFFECTIVE DATE — OCTOBER 16, 2026

01Purpose of this policy
This policy covers the use of the agentrose.pro website, its contact form, and the automated protections around both. It is part of our Terms of Service, and it exists to keep the site safe, honest, and pleasant for everyone who uses it in good faith — including us. Reading and browsing the public pages is, by definition, acceptable use; this policy is mostly about what happens at the edges: forms, automation, and how people talk to us.
02Lawful use only
The site may be used only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you — local, national, and international — while using this website and communicating with us through it. That includes laws about computer misuse, data protection, unsolicited messages, and intellectual property, whatever your jurisdiction calls them.
03Prohibited conduct
When using this website, you must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to, or scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of, the site or its infrastructure — coordinated testing is welcome only through the responsible-disclosure channel described on our Security page;
- bypass or interfere with the contact form’s rate limits, time traps, honeypot fields, or spam protections;
- scrape, crawl, or download the site at a volume or speed that disrupts it for others;
- send spam, bulk automated submissions, or abusive material through the contact form;
- impersonate AgentRose, its team, or any person, or claim an affiliation with us that doesn’t exist;
- harass, threaten, or send abusive messages to our team through any channel;
- upload, submit, or transmit malware, malicious code, or exploits of any kind;
- submit unlawful content, or use the site to facilitate anything illegal;
- run security testing against systems beyond the scope of this website without our prior written permission.
04Automated access
Polite automation is welcome: search-engine crawlers and other well-behaved bots that honor our robots.txt (which currently permits crawling everywhere except the API route) can index this site freely. Abusive automation — aggressive request rates, headless form flooding, bulk content harvesting — is not, and is blocked by our server-side rate limiting. If your automation might look like the second kind, write to us first. A reasonable crawler that identifies itself honestly and paces its requests will never hear from us.
05Impersonation warning
AgentRose communicates through exactly three channels: this website at agentrose.pro, the email address [email protected], and our official profile @agentrosepro on X. Any other account, email, or person claiming to represent AgentRose is not us. If you encounter an impersonation — especially one asking for money or credentials — please report it to us at the email above, and consider reporting it to the platform hosting it.
06Enforcement
We enforce this policy with the tools we have: server-side rate limiting, blocking by IP or behavior, and refusal of service through the site. We have no obligation to warn before applying them. Where conduct is serious — attacks, malware, harassment, or clear illegality — we may report it to the relevant hosting providers or authorities. We apply these measures in proportion to what we observe, and we will lift them when the behavior stops — our goal is protecting the site, not punishing curiosity.
07Reporting misuse
If you see this policy being violated — or you’re on the receiving end of it — tell us at [email protected]. Including URLs, timestamps, and any evidence you have helps us act quickly. We take good-faith reports seriously, including reports about our own conduct. If you received a message pretending to come from us, forwarding it verbatim — headers included — is the most useful thing you can do.
08Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the site and its protections evolve; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Questions about what is and isn’t acceptable can go to [email protected].
