AgentRose is an independent technology brand exploring intelligent software, AI agent concepts, and thoughtful automation. This policy applies to our website at agentrose.pro and the contact form on it. We are the party responsible for the information described here, and you can always reach us at [email protected].

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional organization, the category you select, your message, and a submission timestamp. There are no user accounts, no newsletters, and no purchases, so there is nothing else for us to collect. If you never use the form, we collect no personal information about you at all.

We use contact-form submissions for two things: reading and responding to your inquiry, and keeping a record of the conversation so we don’t ask you to repeat yourself later. That’s the whole list.

We do not profile you, run automated decision-making on submissions, sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use third-party advertising or tracking technology anywhere on this site.

• Name — so we can address you. You may use any name you are comfortable with.
• Email — so we can reply. A reachable address is the one field we genuinely need; without it, no answer is possible.
• Organization (optional) — helpful context if you write on behalf of a company, never required.
• Category — helps us route your message to the right kind of response.
• Message — what you wanted to tell us.
• Submission timestamp — recorded for basic record-keeping and to help the form’s spam filtering.

Like essentially every website, our hosting infrastructure processes standard server logs — such as IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request times — for security and abuse prevention. This is what allows server-side rate limiting and spam filtering on the contact form to work. We do not build profiles from these logs, we do not cross-reference them with contact submissions for marketing, and we do not use them to track anyone across sites.

This site sets no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies — nothing that follows you, remembers you, or measures you. The short details, including the small amount of technical storage that hosting may involve, are described in our Cookie Policy.

No analytics are implemented on this site. We don’t run Google Analytics or any similar visitor-measurement tool, so we don’t know — or store — who visited or what they clicked. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first, and the change will be reflected in the date at the top of this document.

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by writing to [email protected] — from the address you used, if possible — and we will delete it.

To run this website at all, some infrastructure providers necessarily process data on our behalf — the hosting that serves the site and stores submissions, and the email infrastructure that carries our replies. These providers process information only to deliver that infrastructure, not for their own marketing or profiling purposes.

You can ask us for access to the information we hold about you, correction of anything wrong in it, or deletion of it entirely. Email [email protected] with a good-faith description of what you need, and we will respond to reasonable requests. We may reply to the address the submission came from, simply to confirm the request is really yours — no verification theater beyond that.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted something through our contact form, tell us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
